Management Accountant / Finance Analyst

Your new role
This position is reporting to the Finance Manager and to provide support by producing accurate and timely insightful information to stakeholders working as part of a large team delivering monthly analysis and reporting.
Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts
Comparing results to forecast and budget
Reviewing the quality of data
Produce detailed analysis
Preparation and review of schedules for SOX reporting
Month-end reconciliations
Preparation of board and business review packs
Ongoing continuous improvement
Assisting in the production of annual statutory accounts and audit
Regular mid-month reports to track performance

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have proven experience in the above duties, a solid management accountant who enjoys the analytical side of finance, part qualified or finalist or qualified ACCA or CIMA, local to Basildon as it is part onsite based, intermediate to advanced Excel and be happy working in a team.
