Management Accountant / Business Partner

Accountable Recruitment are supporting a growing manufacturing company based on the Wirral as they search for a Management Accountant / Finance Business Partner to strengthen their expanding team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for their own division and have plenty of autonomy in their role, whilst being an integral member of a supportive team.

This role entails monthly travel to a UK site (2-3 days per month) as this is essential to build the relationships required to fulfil the role.

Wirral based office
Early finish on a Friday
Up to £42,000 + Full study support

Key Duties

• Production of monthly management accounts for your division including all month end processes
• P+L Analysis
• Stock and cost accounting
• Management of Fixed Asset register
• Monthly travel to another site to partner and liaise with Budget Holders
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Supporting junior team members where necessary
• Helping to produce management reports to provide insightful analysis

Skills required:

• Work experience within a similar finance role is essential
• Studying ACCA/CIMA / QBE
• Manufacturing / Stock experience would be ideal
• Strong Excel skills are essential
