The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a globally recognised organisation, who are one of the most sought after employers in the Cambridgeshire region. They are looking to appoint an experienced Management Accountant on an 18-month fixed term contract to work in their most exciting division.

In this role you will rub shoulders with a number of stakeholders across the organisation and on a whole provide an engaging blend of high level business partnering and month end accounting.

Day to day duties in the role include:

  • Assist in the ownership of the divisions P&L (monthly and weekly reporting)
  • Produce the budgets and forecast and challenging assumptions when required.
  • Balance sheet recs, accruals and prepayments
  • Present and comment on monthly results with key stakeholders.
  • Support the Finance Manager with Ah hoc work.
  • Assist with Quarterly corporate reporting requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will be a qualified accountant or a finalist with a strong a commercial acumen and previous experience of budgeting and forecasting. Stakeholder engagement is also an important one for this role so you'll need to be confident in partnering with various stakeholders.

In return for the above, you can expect a salary paying up to £47,000 per annum depending on experience. A generous benefits package including private medical and enhanced pension is also on offer, as well as hybrid working.
