Management Accountant 12Month FTC

IN2Consult - Management Accountant (Part Qualified to Finalist) - Newbury (Hybrid)- £35 000-£45 000 + Benefits 

IN2Consult are currently supporting one of our prestigious, listed clients on the recruitment of a management accountant to join their growing accounting and finance function in Newbury, on a hybrid basis. 

This role offers candidates the opportunity to work within the fast-paced finance function of an international entity, specialising in the telecoms sector whilst gaining exposure to a wide range of highly accomplished accounting professionals along the way.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Ownership of the month-end management accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparing & posting journals towards month end such as accruals & prepayments
• Partnering with senior managers, providing commentary to drive decision making across the business
• Helping to drive continuous improvement throughout the accounting function
• Supporting with ad-hoc requests

The key requirements for this role are:

• Part Qualified/Finalist (ACCA,CIMA,ACA)
• Experience in producing month-end management accounts
• Proven track record of balance sheet reconciliations
• Strong communication skills to partner with stakeholders
• Strong Excel skills
