Location: Bridgend, Wales
Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum

Position Overview:

As a Maintenance Technician in Bridgend, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment crucial to manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-respected company and work with cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify machinery faults to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve machinery efficiency.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.
• Relevant engineering qualifications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Effective communication skills and a team player.
• Willingness to work a 3-shift pattern.
