As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and conducting repairs as needed. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, equipment, and facilities, including inspections, lubrication, and adjustments.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance activities to prevent equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment documentation.
  • Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery as needed.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
