Maintenance Technician

Your new company
We are working exclusively with this client in their search for a Maintenance Technician to join their in-house team on a permanent basis in NW London. They are a leading private student accommodation provider operating across the UK. Working hours are Monday-Friday 8-4 / 9-5 / 10-6.
Your new role
As Maintenance Technician you will be working at a single site in NW London to carry out HVAC and plumbing maintenance to a student accommodation property. Key duties will include day-today repairs, as well as reactive and planned repairs, to HVAC and plumbing systems.
What you\'ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will require relevant experience in working as a maintenance technician with a focus on HVAC/plumbing systems. You will also require relevant qualifications in Plumbing/HVAC/Mechanical Engineering and strong communication skills to liaise with residents and the team.
