Are you a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician looking for a new opportunity to showcase your expertise? We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our client's team and play a pivotal role in maintaining and servicing various sites.
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £30,000
Role: Static Role
Requirements / Qualifications:
- City & Guilds or NVQ Qualified tradesperson
- Basic Joinery skills
- Basic Plumbing skills
- Basic general building maintenance skills
- Ability to pass DBS
Day-to-Day Duties:
- To undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor for basic repairs of doors, windows, plumbing systems, etc for general building fabric maintenance
- Service and repair of internal fixtures and fittings.
- To maintain accurate records of works in progress and completed
- To take part in an on-call rota
