Shift: Mon - Fri Days!

Location: Stretford, Greater Manchester

I'm currently recruiting for a Maintenance Team Leader position at a High-Speed Food Manufacturer in Stretford. The business are the market leader within their industry and have a state of the art purpose built factory in Stretford. They supply to customers across the UK and have seen massive growth over the last 3 years. The business are looking for a Maintenance Team Leader with an Electrical bias, however they would consider a Maintenance Team Leader with a mechanical Bias if they have very strong Electrical skills. The successful Maintenance Team Leader will be overseeing a team of skilled maintenance engineers and will be responsible for planning work, scheduling of PPMs and also upskilling the maintenance team. This is a fantastic chance for the right maintenance team leader to join a leading business, with the opportunity to further develop their engineering career.

Skills required for the Maintenance Team Leader:

• Multi Skilled Engineering background (Electrical or Mechanical Bias)
• Must have strong Electrical Skills
• Have an engineering qualification.
• Have Leadership/Management Experience
• Held a Team Leader/Supervisor role previously
• Continuous improvements
