Location: Dartford, Kent

I'm currently recruiting for a Maintenance Team Leader position at a heavy industrial manufacturing company in Dartford. I'm in search of a Maintenance Team Leader with an electrical bias with strong mechanical skills with an engineering qualification. The Maintenance Team Leader will need to have a strong electrical and mechanical knowledge. In the role you will be responsible for breakdowns and PPMs to achieve business goals. The Maintenance Engineer will provide electrical and mechanical support quickly and efficiently to minimise downtime, providing guidance and training to team members to share knowledge and expertise and support with the development of skills of others. Skills required for the Maintenance Team Leader:

• Have an engineering qualification.
• Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer an electrical bias
• Response to equipment breakdowns.
• Diagnosing faults and repairing equipment.
• Proven leadership experience
• Experience with projects and continuous improvement.
