£35,000-£38,000 + Monday to Friday, 40hrs + Days Role + Training opportunities + No Weekend Work + Paid Overtime

The day to day responsibilities for this role will be managing a team of mechanical fitters and supporting them through their personal development plans. This is a hands on team leader position working in a heavy engineering environment.

*Monday to Friday, days role
*Managing a team of 13 fitters
*Heavy engineering environment

The person:
*Experience leading a team
*Experience in some of the following areas, cnc/manual machine tools, hydraulic presses & heavy machinery
*Local to Stourbridge/ Halesowen
