Niyaa People are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join one of the UK's top 10 Universities. In this role you'll be responsible for supervising the building fabric team and 3rd party contractors to ensure statutory, planned and reactive maintenance is provided to the university campus.

As the Maintenance Supervisor you will…
  • Lead on the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance as it is provided to the university campus to agreed standards/KPIs
  • Manage the building fabric team members
  • Oversee all onsite contractors
