Maintenance Supervisor

Our client are a well known, established manufacturing business currently looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.

Key Duties:

• Providing full maintenance support to production to minimise down time.
• Responding to breakdowns as and when they occur.
• Planned, preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Identifying reliability issues, root cause problem solving and improvements.
• Ensuring all machinery and equipment on site is both mechanically and electrically safe.
• Liaising and working with outside contractors when required.

Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required:

• Ideally at least 5 years' experience of working in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Time served multi skilled maintenance engineer.
• Supervisory experience.
• Good understanding/knowledge of mechanical skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to Health and Safety Procedures.
• Strong electrical and mechanical problem solving skills.
• Experience of maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic and oil and grease lubrication systems.
• Knowledge and experience of motor drives and panel building.

The Package:

• £45,000 per annum.
• Day shift role with an early finish on a Friday.
• 25 days holiday
