£35,000 - £39,000 + Pension, 36 Days Holiday, Attendance Bonus

We are looking for a motivated Maintenance Stores/Goods Inwards Person to join a market leading automotive manufacturer. Reporting directly to the engineering manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company. This role is more office based than hands on so may appeal to someone looking to take a step back.

Role Description:

• All vehicles are unloaded in a timely manner and stored correctly.
• Powder is delivered to the relevant Powder Rooms in line with Kanban requirements.
• All inbound deliveries are made to the end users in a timely manner.
• Goods receipt of all products in a timely manner.
• Raise maintenance orders.
• Book in maintenance products.
• Book parts into maintenance stores.
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental standards are achieved and maintained.
• Ensure 5's standards are achieved and maintained.
• Conduct STOP observations and implement any resulting actions.
• FLT checks are completed daily.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Maintenance Stores Experience
• FLT License - Counterbalance
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and SAP
• Automotive Industry Experience - Advantageous
