Location: Telford, Shropshire

I'm currently recruiting for a Maintenance Team Leader position at a High-Speed manufacturing company in Telford. I'm in search of a Maintenance Team Leader, with either an electrical or mechanical background but overall, a Maintenance Team Leader with an engineering qualification from a manufacturing background. In the role the Maintenance Team Leader will be managing a small team of maintenance engineers.  The Maintenance Team Leader will manage and prioritise engineers to respond to and resolve reactive, planned, preventative and emergency maintenance requests submitted into CMMS to minimise downtime as required, to support the company. If you are prepared for a dynamic role with diverse challenges, they would be delighted to welcome you on board.

Skills required for the Maintenance Team Leader:

• Have an engineering qualification.
• Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer either electrical or mechanical bias.
• Response to equipment breakdowns.
• Diagnosing faults and repairing equipment.
• Continuous improvements
• Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
