Hales Group are currently seeking a Grounds and Maintenance Person to join our client based in Southwold. You will be working as part of a small team to look after the site, grounds and buildings during the busy summer season initially.
  
Main duties include:
  • Maintain open spaces, borders and pathways
  • Cutting back and shaping hedges and shrubs
  • Using power and hand tools, and other associated equipment
  • Painting, decorating, basic plumbing and carpentry tasks
  • Assisting with cleanliness of the overall site
  • Any other associated duties
  
In order to be considered for this role:
  
  • Must have your own transport due to the location of the site
  • Experience professionally or otherwise relating to ground keeping and property maintenance tasks
  • A team worker approach – assisting in other  areas on the site
  • Be able to follow instruction and use initiative
  
LOCATIONS: Southwold
HOURS: 35 hours per week.  Please note this will include weekend work
PAY: £11.44+ per hour DOE
ROTA: Working 5 days from 7, generally 9am-5pm
DURATION: 6 months
