HAYS West Yorkshire are looking for Maintenance Painters for immediate start at a local property services contractor. An ongoing role which could be long term on multiple sites across West Yorkshire.
Your new role
You will work as part of the maintenance team with responsibility for carrying out a range of interior and exterior painting duties on housing association properties throughout West Yorkshire, but you may be required to travel. You will need to work independently, carrying out work to the required standard while adhering to the necessary health and safety standards.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must have a full driving licence and be able to provide a recent employment reference. You must be a time-served painter, preferably having carried out previous maintenance work.
What you'll get in return
You will work 40 hours each week, Monday-Friday. You will receive a competitive hourly rate, paid weekly, through Hays Workspace, our online timesheet application.
