We are looking for a Maintenance Operative to work for a large residential property developer based in Hertfordshire. This is a mobile role covering projects in Hertfordshire, London and Essex. The role does come with a company van and 25 days paid holiday, increasing to a maximum of 30 days.

As a Maintenace Operative your duties will involve.

• Painting and Decoration
• Patch Plastering and Dry Lining
• Carpentry and basic plumbing works
• Carrying out initial surveys
• Complete all relevant paperwork

You Must have

• Relevant maintenance experience
• Good IT skills with Excel and Word
• Good communication skills as dealing with the public

Standard Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
