Our client is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative to join the team at a luxury residential apartment development in East London. This is a Monday to Friday position working 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities will be to liaise with Management and residents to resolve problems relating to the communal areas and to ensure the smooth running of the development, whilst maintaining its cleanliness and safety.

EXPERIENCE

Good knowledge of general maintenance building trade is essential. Experience of working with the public is essential, ideally in a service related capacity along with some staff management capabilities.
