Serving clients throughout the south and south-west of London and our current portfolio consists of 20+ blocks. This is a permanent position where the client is looking to interview and start someone ASAP!
Your new role

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repair


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in general maintenance and repairs.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, decorating and trades surrounding maintenance.
  • Ability to read and interpret job sheets and information
  • Proficient in English language (both written and verbal).
  • Residential experience is a must.
  • Driving Licence Required!
  • Maintenance Experience 3 Years +
