Temporary Maintenance Technician required for immediate start in London SE16

£16.50 per hour - PAYE - no tools required - CSCS card are required.

We are seeking a dependable, proactive, and diligent individual to perform reactive maintenance duties at this small but busy student accommodation.

  • General repairs
  • Basic plumbing
  • Painting
  • Siliconing
  • Replacing light bulbs and batteries
  • Changing locks
  • Performing PPM checks
  • Conducting fire alarm tests
  • Moving furniture and mattresses
  • Performing grounds work
  • Supporting the maintenance team

Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, Fabric Engineer, Caretaker, or Handyman is required. Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team are essential.

This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent.
