Estates Maintenance Manager

Venn Group are working with large public sector organisation to secure the services of an Estates Maintenance Manager to lead their busy Estates Teams

Hourly pay: £27-£30 per hour

Duration: temporary to permanent

Location: West London

The successful candidate will:

· Oversee the estates teams and take on responsibility for line management of supervisors

· Ensure agreed SLA’s and KPI’s are consistently met, and performance / development reviews are carried out

· Review and audit plant room inspection sheets and maintain records, providing reports when requested

· Review performance data of works undertaken

· Liaise with managers, staff and stakeholders on planned works

· Act as Authorised Person when necessary

The successful candidate will have:

· Management experience

· Previous experience within the healthcare sector
