A property company based in North London are looking for an experience Maintenance Manager to join their growing team.

The responsibility of the Maintenance Manager involve the general management of the Maintenance Operatives, overseeing the allocation of maintenance jobs, ensuring that there is structure and efficiency within the team, and that all tasks are completed to the required standard, and within a timely manner.

The main purpose of a Maintenance Manager role is:

• Providing estimates for works when requested
• Assess jobs prior to Maintenance Operatives attending, and provide office with timescales, costings and oversee the job
• Training maintenance staff to B&B standards
• Supervise and direct B&B preparations
• Inspections
• Spot checks
• Control works orders and organiser on CFP
• Timesheets and overtime
• Petty Cash sign off
• Emergency Line
• Responsible for recruitment of Maintenance Operatives and finding suitable sub-contractors
• Ensuring all Maintenance Operatives have correct and clean uniform
• Ensuring all Maintenance vans are clean and fully stocked

Maintenance Manager Specification:

• Self-motivated
• Reliable
• Must live local
• To have maintenance or facility experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Can do attitude
