Position: Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Conducting general property repair work, ensuring the estate remains in pristine condition.
- Undertaking garden work to enhance the beauty of the estate's outdoor spaces.
- Overseeing a small team of maintenance staff and external contractors.
- Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to ensure the ongoing preservation of the estate.
- General maintenance including a tennis court and swimming pool.
- Additionally, supporting the Head Gardener with general maintenance and upkeep of a large garden (weeding, hedge cutting).
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property maintenance, preferably in a similar setting.
- Strong IT skills.
- Ability to perform various garden tasks, such as landscaping and gardening.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A genuine passion for preserving and enhancing historic properties.
