Responsibilities:

• Conducting general property repair work, ensuring the estate remains in pristine condition.
• Undertaking garden work to enhance the beauty of the estate's outdoor spaces.
• Overseeing a small team of maintenance staff and external contractors.
• Developing and implementing maintenance schedules to ensure the ongoing preservation of the estate.
• General maintenance including a tennis court and swimming pool.
• Additionally, supporting the Head Gardener with general maintenance and upkeep of a large garden (weeding, hedge cutting).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property maintenance, preferably in a similar setting.
