Maintenance Leader

As a Maintenance Leader, you will be responsible for maintenance arrangements for asset upkeep to meet legislative and operating needs within the target department. You will also be a technical authority and maintenance leader for the owned asset base and control maintenance of owned assets in a safe, reliable, and available status.

During your first few weeks in this Maintenance Engineering role, you can expect to begin work on some of the following:

• Control maintenance of owned assets in a safe, reliable, and available status
• Plan and oversee planned maintenance planning, preparation, execution and hand-back to production operations
• Cost control of annual maintenance spend
• Propose Capital Projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work closely with production and planning groups to minimize disruption and maximise asset capacity

The successful Maintenance Leader applicant will have 18th Edition electrical qualification. Additional requirements include:

• DSEAR/ATEX awareness
• Familiarity with multiple engineering disciplines
• Full computer literacy and experience with CMMS systems
• Good understanding of UK legislation akin to a manufacturing facility
