Position: Multiskilled maintenance engineer

Location: Spalding

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

Hours: Monday – Friday (NIGHTS)

Interaction Recruitment have partnered with a well-established manufacturer.  Due to an expansion in the business, they are looking to welcome a skilled multiskilled engineer to their site based in Spalding.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production machinery during night shifts.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems promptly.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Document maintenance activities accurately and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Degree or certification in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Proven maintenance experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Flexible for 2 - 2 - 3-night shift pattern.
