The company:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading manufacturing company on the outskirts of Thetford in a challenging, fast-paced but rewarding Maintenance Engineer position.
If you are an experienced maintenance engineer from a Manufacturing/FMCG background and would like to take your career to the next level, then this is the role for you!
Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks in accordance to plant breakdowns.
  • Carry out fault-finding and remedy breakdowns to reduce downtime.
  • Use of the companies' CMMS system
  • Work closely to support the production teams.


This is just a summed-up list of responsibilities and other duties will be required.
Skills and Experience required:

  • Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing/FMCG environment
  • Experience of 3 phase motors, pumps, wrappers etc
  • Good health and safety practices.
  • NVQ /City & Guilds Level 3 in a relevant engineering degree.
