EY319 Maintenance Engineer
Location: Isle Of Grain (North Coast, Kent)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum dependent on experience 
Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm 

Overview:

First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer on behalf of one of our well established clients. Our client offer modern and sustainable methods for supplying reinforcing steel to the construction sectors.

Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.

Client Expertise, Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Our client offer modern and sustainable methods for supplying reinforcing steel to the construction sectors, you will be working on large scale equiptment so you must be hands on and multiskilled.
  • Our client are a reinforcing steel supplier specialising in offsite rebar solutions and BIM. The company designs bespoke rebar solutions using a cloud-based BIM process, with full 3D modelling, to deliver an agile and collaborative project process.
  • Experience in a production/manufacturing environment is essential. 
  • You will be working on heavy industry Machinery, this will be in a dirty and noisy environment. 
  • You will be joining a friendly, expanding team with career progression opportunities!

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Electrical: 3 phase, motors, sensors, inverters, relays, PLC & fault finding.
  • Mechanical: Bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, couplings, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding.
  • Good skills in fault finding/identification & rectification.
