Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a new career with a Major Fresh Food company based in Lichfield. If you are Mechanically or Electrically biased or Multi Skilled, we want to hear from you!

Annual Salary:  £47,125 plus bonus
Working pattern: 12 hour shifts | Rotating days & nights | 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am

They are really excited about what's in store for their Engineering department this year as they are midway through implementing plans to develop/replace some of the equipment on their site and need an individual who is self motivated and wants to be loyal to a company who will support them to develop their skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Day to day upkeep of Production Equipment.
  • Reacting to breakdowns quickly in order to reduce downtime.
  • Equipment repair.
  • Preventative Maintenance
  • Factory start up and testing.
  • Technical repairing.
  • The accurate and timely completion of necessary documentation.                                             
Skills and Experience Required:
  • A recognised engineering qualification 
  • Awareness and understanding of statutory requirements and legislation
  • Experience of repairing and maintaining machinery and equipment in a controlled environment
  • Strong diagnostic, fault find
  • Excellent attention for detail
