Maintenance Engineer

We are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer for a chemical company in Cambridgeshire.

As a Maintenance Engineer you will perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment and

Responsibilities include:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance of process manufacturing equipment.
• Repair equipment and respond to
• Carry out mechanical fault finding and testing.
• Carry out assessments on the safety equipment.

Ideal candidates will have:

Previous experience working in chemical manufacturing as a Maintenance Engineer.

Experience in some/ all of the following is highly desirable: Centrifugal pumps and high-pressure vessels, mechanical seals and separation equipment.

Ideal candidates will have experience in using tool craft equipment including grinding and welding tools.

Experience in reading and interpreting technical/engineering drawings and circuit diagram is desirable.

This is a day only role, Monday - Friday.
