We are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer for our client based in Corby to assist their team with the upkeep and day to day running of various machines and building services.

The successful applicant will need to be a strong team player who is confident and competent in the maintenance and upkeep of various machines and plant. You will install temporary, new or upgraded equipment with pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical components onto operating and production systems and have experience in building services engineering.

Preparing and executing maintenance, servicing and conversion work in the production facilities. During production plant downtime you will readjust machinery by using knowledge on machine parameters and diagnostics.

Completing reports, and keeping maintenance schedules and technical documentation up to date.

Work with other departments and teams in production aligned to strategic objectives and proactively plan and manage.

Comply with all risk assessments and company Environment, Health & Safety Procedures relevant to all work activities.

The successful applicant will have proven experience in production and industrial environments, specifically in the field of mechanical maintenance and installations. Good knowledge of drive, control, regulation technology and diagnostic skills. The ability to work in a team, as well as independently, and be self-organized and solution-oriented way of working

Shift pattern: Monday-Friday on an alternating weekly (Monday to Friday 6am-2pm then Monday - Friday 2pm -10 pm).
