Maintenance Technician (Night Shift)

£35,000 - £45,000 + Night Shift Pattern (Sunday to Thursday, 10pm - 6:30am) + Training + Enhanced Pension + Holidays + Healthcare + Overtime Available

They are looking to add to their valued maintenance team and are willing to invest in the candidate's training.

Responsibilities of this role include reactive maintenance of machinery and robotics, as well as keeping up with the planned preventative maintenance schedule as part of the close-knit nightshift team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience carrying out maintenance on machinery whether that be electrical or mechanically biased, but will need a basic electrical understanding. This experience can come from a variety of backgrounds such as ex-forces (Navy, RAF, REME, Mechanics), marine engineering or gas engineering.

The Role

• Reactive and Planned Maintenance on production machinery
• Training towards engineering qualifications available
• Night-shift - 10:00 pm - 6:30 am

The Person

• Maintenance experience (mechanical or electrical)
• Basic understanding of electrical principles
• Previous maintenance experience - HVAC/Heating/Industrial/Marine/Rail/Manufacturing/Production or similar backgrounds
• Ex-forces candidates are encouraged to apply and will be provided training (REME, Navy, RAF, Marine)
