Job Overview:
Join our clients Maintenance Department to support production and facility operations. This role offers opportunities for career growth within our expanding company.
 
Role & Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of a team in a dynamic manufacturing environment, providing maintenance support across all production departments.
  • Receive comprehensive on-the-job training and guidance to advance within the team and the company.
  • Assist the Department Head in maintaining equipment across departments.
  • Support production to ensure consistent output levels.
  • Respond promptly to machinery failures, diagnosing and repairing electronic and electrical systems.
  • Perform planned maintenance tasks to optimize production availability.
  • Program PLCs and upgrade control panels for automated systems.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and enhance control systems.
  • Install new equipment and electronic control systems.
  • Assist with fault-finding using various PLC software and test equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with insurance, regulations, and safety audits.
  • Engage in continuous improvement activities, proposing enhancements and implementing projects.
 
Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in supporting fast-paced production environments.
  • Knowledge of various electrical control systems, instrumentation, PLC programs, and systems.
  • Strong electronic and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Discipline, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage personnel at all levels.
