Job Title: Domestic Electrician

Salary: £36,500 (OTE £45,000)

Location: Hull

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

Randstad Solutions are seeking qualified and timeserved domestic electricians to join a leading property services company. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of electrical systems and general housing maintenance.

Main duties include:

  • Performing scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM), conducting inspections, and troubleshooting electrical equipment, machinery, and systems.
  • Addressing and rectifying reactive electrical faults promptly to minimise downtime and optimise equipment efficiency.
  • Installing, testing, and upkeeping electrical systems, encompassing lighting, power distribution, and control panels.
  • Cooperating with fellow maintenance team members to tackle electrical and mechanical issues collaboratively.
  • Contributing to the formulation of maintenance plans and procedures for enhanced system performance and safety.
  • Maintaining precise records of maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company standards.
  • Engaging in training and development programs to remain current with industry trends and best practices.

The successful candidate may have:

  • NVQ Level 3
  • ECS Gold card
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience within the social housing sector
