MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
Permanent Early: Monday - Friday 6am - 2.30pm
£50,000 + Bonuses

This is an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Coordinator to join a growing, successful business in the Matlock area. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will report in to the Maintenance Manager and be responsible for 6 Mechanical Craftsmen. This role is around 70% office based and 30% hands on assisting and supporting the team. Other duties include:
- Attend improvement meetings as necessary and when instructed by Head of Engineering.
- Maintenance Coordinators will assume supervisory control as instructed by Head of Engineering for new installations, project work etc
- Supervise and manage external contractors, ensuring adequate standards are met
- Produce two SOP’s per month.
- Take responsibility for managing internal overtime.
- Assess planned maintenance requirements and produce schedules as necessary.
- Produce Permit to Work forms as and when necessary
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR ROLE:
- Must have a Level 3 Mechanical Qualification
- Must come from a manufacturing background
- Must have experience working as a Team Leader / Supervisor / Leadership experience
