This role will support with the whole mail order process through to the dispatch of parcels and ensure up to date records are maintained at all times. You will also deal with all customer enquiries, by delivering first-class customer service. As part of this role, you will support with unloading and checking deliveries, and ensure these are stored in the stockroom in a safe and secure manner.

The successful candidate will have previous knowledge and experience working in a retail store or customer service environment. This role would be suitable for someone who is a team player with exceptional communication skills to include an excellent telephone manner and empathy skills.
