The role…

As the Machine Preparation Coordinator, your role will involve the following important duties:

• Maintains inventory details of machines and sales items.
• Raise purchase orders.
• Actions all required elements for invoicing.
• Liaise with third-party suppliers and sales managers to ensure the items are prepared, received and invoiced on time.
• Details warranty and service agreements.
• Arrange for retrofits.
• Review and arrange machine demonstrations.

The experience required…

As a successful Machine Preparation Coordinator, you will have the following:

• Previous administration experience in a similar role.
• Experience with raising invoices and purchase orders.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
