Machine Operator

We are recruiting for Machine Operators/setters for our client in Trafford Park.

The ideal candidate will have min 2 year exp experience as a Machine Op or Production Technician.

Location: Trafford Park

Hours:

Rotational Shifts

0600-1400

1400-2200

2200-0600

(Perm Night shift maybe considered, OR 0600-1400/1400-2200 rotation)

Salary: £30,000 to £34,000 PA

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience as an injection moulding technician/Setter/Machine Operator
• FLT CB Licence
• Multi-Tasking
• Good knowledge of plastics and the uses/properties
• Responsible for setting and operating of moulding machines within your section to achieve the best processing conditions.
• Assisting in completing orders on time and at the correct quality and cost.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting of development and production processes.
• Identify and arrange the repairing of defective equipment.
• Maintain departmental records and reports.
• Provide support when required to tool design function and production.
• Help assist and develop colleagues within the department when required.
• Ensure compliance with current health and safety regulations.
