Production Operative - Permanent - Kent 

Location: Rochester, Kent

Salary: ££23,000

Shift: 4 on 4 off days OR you can do 4 on 4 off Night Shifts 

We are looking to recruit multiple motivated Operative coming from a fast-paced background to ensure high performance and quality standards are met within their production line process. This role will suit a Production Operative who is currently responsible for running production lines in a fast pace environment. The Key skills of the Production Operative

• To carry out pre-checks and cleaning tasks of the production line.
• Set the machine to production recipes.
• Production Operative will be preparing raw materials for production.
• Replenishing packaging and films to the production line during the shift including the stacking of trays.
• Set up batches of production as per the production plan.
• Production Operative will be manual handling including the stacking of finished goods.
• Production Operative will Maintain the hygiene of equipment.
• Completing documentation throughout the shift.
• Producton Operatice will Replenish the PH.
• Record downtime and work with the team to help minimise this.
• Resolve machine stoppages.
• Achieve OEE and waste targets.
• Work as part of a team.
• Production Operative will maintain health and safety and always adhere to policies and procedures.
• Contribute to and help implement continuous improvement, to enhance quality, efficiency, safety and waste reduction.
• Production Operatice will help & assist in the training of others and identify own training needs.
