Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: South Woodham Ferrers

Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: £12 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery according to company standards and procedures.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines to ensure optimal functioning.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities and machine maintenance.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator/ in manufacturing environment is essential.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and adapt to new machinery.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime as required.
