Machine Operator - Night shifts

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our client based in Shaftsbury on a permanent basis.
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and operating machinery to produce high-quality products. This is a full-time position that requires knowledge of mechanical processes and the ability to work with hand tools and materials handling equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
- Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area
This is a new position which has been created by the company to cover two teams. You will split your time between both teams working night shifts four shifts on and four shifts off 17:30pm - 05:30am
The ideal candidate will have previous solid Machine experience, be a strong communicator with a great work ethic.
The pay rate is £13.68ph which will increase after the probation period. Great company benefits!!
