Would you like to work a 4 day week, Mon- Thu? 3 day weekend for those summer months ahead!

MPLOY Staffing Solutions are seeking people to work on a long term temporary ongoing basis in Ilminster, working at a company that manufacture metal products for the automotive and aerospace industries.  

You will be working on machinery that cuts, bends and forms metal to precise standards. You will need to have some level of previous engineering experience, be that working on production machinery, CNC machinery or having a good understanding of engineering principles.  For more experienced candidates there could be the option to increase the pay rate in recognition of the skills that you bring

They have 2 shifts at the factory and require people who can work a rotating shift pattern of mornings and afternoons:

Week 1: Mon – Wed 05:30am – 15:00pm, Thu 05:30am – 14:40pm
Week 2: Mon – Wed 15:00pm – 00:30am, Thu 14:40pm – 23:50pm

Training will take place on day shift for 2 weeks, so please be mindful of this.

Overtime is paid at x1.5 for Fridays and Saturdays, and x2.0 on Sundays
