Insight Employment are seeking Machine Operatives or Machine Minders to work for one of the world’s market leaders in aerosol packaging technology based in Leighton Buzzard.

The Role: -

As a Machine Minder you would be making sure that the machine runs continuously throughout the shift. You will be filling the machine with materials, filling, and palletising boxes with finished products as it come off the machine. Sometimes you may be supporting the Machine Operatives by providing a constant top up of materials, empty boxes and pallets and removing full pallets as necessary from the machine areas.

This is a fast paced and physically demanding role. It is not heavy lifting just constantly moving.

Requirements: -

  • Previous manufacturing or product experience would be a beneficial but not essential.
  • Able to work on your own or as part of a team.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to stand on your feet during your working time.
  • Able to work both shifts.

Hours/Shift: -

6 days on & 3 days off

06:00am - 14:00pm rotating 14:00pm - 22:00pm weekly

Rate: -

£12.65 per hour + an attendance bonuses every week.

This is a Temp to Perm position to a suitable candidate.
