My client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality shoe soles, catering to footwear brands worldwide. With a commitment to precision, innovation, and sustainability, our client strive to deliver exceptional products that meet the highest industry standards. Our client is seeking a skilled Machine Operative to join there team. 

As a Machine Operative, you will be an integral part of there manufacturing process, responsible for operating cutting machinery to produce precise and high-quality shoe soles according to design specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our clients products meet the demands of there discerning customers. 

Key Responsibilities as Machine Operative:

- Operate cutting machinery to accurately cut various materials such as leather. 

- Set up and adjust cutting machines to achieve optimal cutting efficiency and accuracy. 

- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth functioning and make adjustments as necessary to maintain production flow and quality standards. 

- Conduct regular inspections of materials and finished products to verify adherence to quality control standards. 

- Troubleshoot machinery issues and perform routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal working condition. 

- Collaborate with colleagues in the production team to optimise work flow and meet production targets. 

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
