Are you an experienced Machine Operative looking for your next challenge? Empowered Personnel is actively seeking skilled individuals to join their client based in CV6, Coventry.

Position: Machine Operator
Location: Coventry, CV6
Shifts: Rotating Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 / 22:00-06:00 – you must be able to do ALL three shifts
Salary: £13.99 per hour (£29,099.20 per annum)

Responsibilities:
• Proficient operation of machinery
• Preparing goods ready for despatch
• Quality control of the products
• Monitoring equipment and products to ensure all areas stay within tolerances and guidelines
• Lifting goods up to 15 kg

• Paid breaks – you're paid for a full 40 hours per week

Requirements:
• Previous experience in machine operating, manufacturing, or working in a fast-paced environment is a must.
