Overview:

A large non for profit organisation are currently seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team and support them in enabling the operation and maintenance of Mechanical and electrical services.

This is an excellent opportunity to excel your facilities management experience further

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Carry out spot checks on plant to ensure they are all being maintained correctly
  • Approving Risk Assessments and Method Statements
  • Cost control
  • Ensuring quality assurance standards are constantly being met
  • Liaising with contractors on a daily basis
  • Ensuring works taken place are to budget and quality

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Facilities Coordination position
  • IOSH Managing Safely qualified
  • Understanding of mechanical and electrical services
  • An excellent communicator
  • Hard-working and ambitious
  • A team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals

Package:
  • Up to £37,300 basic depending on experience
