M&E Project Manager

My client is looking for an M&E Project Manager in the Barnsley area

This is to work on water waste treatment works for a well known construction company

This is a long term contract for a minimum of 1 year

£450 per day outside IR35

Duties:

• Oversee the design management process working with external consultancies.
• Drive the planning and consenting process.
• Manage commercial interfaces during procurement and subcontracting of works
• Proactive management of subcontractors when on site.
• Management of civil construction teams on site
• Promotion and management of the site-based standards.
• Manage financial budgets for the projects and have sound input into forecasts
• Provide regular ongoing reports on construction progress, budgets, man power needs, risks and quality issues.
• Take a lead in resolving performance issues of internal or external teams.
