M&E Cost Consultant

M&E COST CONSULTANT (QS) - LONDON - CONTRACT - £450 PER DAY OUTSIDE IR35

ARM are working with a well-established consultancy, who specialise in property and construction, which involves some of the most ambitious projects in the UK currently. They are seeking an M&E Cost consultant to join the team in London on a contract basis.

About You:

To be applicable for this position you will need to be an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant who experience of working on hotel projects within cost controls and estimating.

What you will be doing:

In this position you will be working on a major hotel project and assisting other Quantity Surveyors and project teams, to help close out this exciting project.

This role is based in London with the prospect of hybrid working.

What you can expect in return:

This position is a contract position that is paying £450 per day outside IR35
