Stanton House is working with a large cap PE backed Tech business in London to appoint an M&A Integration Direction on a 12-18 month contract. The business, with revenues of circa £800m is soon to announce a significant buy side deal in Europe and need a high profile M&A Integration Director to combine the two business in a timely manner.

Reporting directly to the board, as an M&A Integration Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Lead on all aspects of the integration including systems (Dynamics), people, process and compliance.
  • Design an operating model and ensure this is embedded across the group
  • Challenge the CFO & COO on strategy and attend board meetings with the newly acquired company in Europe.
  • Identify and mitigate integration risks.
  • Drive automation and ensure that processes are synergized.
  • Managed a small team and ensure that best practice is achieved.
  • Collaborate with departments such as finance, People, IT, legal, operations, and Commercial.

To be suitable, you must have the following experience:

  • Proven track record of delivering on high profile Integration projects
  • PE Experience is highly desirable
  • Experience of working in a tech/SaaS business is highly desirable
  • Able to start w/c 15th or 22nd of April
  • Happy to travel to Europe on an ad hoc basis

This is an outside IR35 engagement. Hybrid working arrangement with an expectation to be in the office in the Thames Valley 1-2 days a week.
