We have partnered with an independent strategic advisory business, located in London, in their search for an M&A Associate.

This individual is someone with a strong financial modelling background who is highly motivated to get into the M&A/lead advisory space.

Key responsibilities

  • Helping prepare and review information memorandums
  • Helping prepare and pitch presentations
  • Working on M&A mandates from inception to completion

Qualification

  • Preferable ACA/CFA qualified and/or relevant work experience
  • Strong Financial Modelling skills e.g. LBO, DCF
  • Competent using Excel and PowerPoint

You will be an individual who is both confident working proactively and being responsible for your own tasks, as well as collaborating with others to shape the future of the corporate finance team.
